Fuzzy Electronics respects your privacy. We collect personal information only when you choose to submit an enquiry, request a call-back, contact us directly, or otherwise provide it to us.

Depending on the form or enquiry, this may include your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, location, property type, preferred contact method, service requirement and message. We may also record the page or campaign that led to your enquiry so we can understand which information is useful.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, call-back requests and fault reports.
- To arrange site assessments, prepare proposals and provide requested services.
- To maintain necessary business records and improve our website and customer service.
Consent and transparency
Submitting a form is voluntary. We do not secretly obtain your Google account name, email address or phone number. If a Google sign-in or similar service is introduced in future, it will request your permission before sharing any account information.
Sharing and storage
Your enquiry may be shared with authorised Fuzzy Electronics sales and technical staff, and with service providers needed to deliver website or email services. We do not sell personal information. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain records or meet legal obligations.

The site may use aggregated analytics after configuration to understand visits and improve performance. Analytics does not give Fuzzy Electronics a visitor’s private Google account name, phone number or email address. Where required, visitors will be given appropriate notice and choices.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. You may ask to access, correct or delete information you supplied, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
